Reeee is used to express intense rage and/or intense frustration, typically associated with the angry pepe meme.
It is used widely in message board websites like 4chan.org and sometimes associated with the autistic screeching meme, but it is intended to represent a unique croaking sound produced by some frog species when they get agitated.
It can also be used as an expression combined with the repost word to call out duplicate posts on image sharing sites like Reddit, imgur and 9gag.

Reeee originated from a frog screaming noise to ward of predators when they are threatened.
The earliest video of this behaviour was uploaded to the video sharing site YouTube in 2009.
This was later used alongside with the angry pepe meme which has first appeared on the message board website 4chan.org in 2014.
Spread and Usage
Reeee after its first appearance in 2014, and the combination of it with one of the most famous memes, pepe the frog, it has become super popular.
Users started to mimic the sound, which the frog made in the predator video, but this has later changed to just screaming reeee, while squatting and holding your hands up in the air in disbelief.
Many people started following the trend, which has spawned multiple videos of them trying to imitate it uploaded to the video sharing website YouTube.
