The panel was published in the 143rd chapter of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders manga series on February 24th, 1992.
The scene was also featured in the Stardust Crusaders anime episode 46th, titled Dio’s World, Part 2, which was aired on June 5th, 2015.
