Autistic Screeching is used in a meme format where two men are picture shaking hands, agreeing on something while another person is crouching next to them with their hands above their heads making a Screeching noise hence disagreeing with the other two.
The format can be used in any context, but it is heavily applied in political and ideological context.

The first comic was posted to the Facebook page called Anachyball, with two “balls” closing a deal on paying money for services in exchange, while another man crouching next to them, wearing shirt with Che Guevara on it, is screeching with the caption “Oppreshun!” above his head on 30th July 2016.
Later, this was posted to the Facebook group called Minarchyball with ‘Oppreshun!’ replaced with ‘autistic screeching’ which is the first recorded mention of the term.
Spread and Usage
Since the format is so simple and can be used to touch base on controversial topics, the use has spread like wildfire from the day it was first posted to Facebook.
The meme then went on the conquer sites like Funnyjunk and reddit.
As mentioned before, since the format is heavily used with political and ideological context, this was a perfect fit for the online message board part of 4chan called /pol/ – politically incorrect, where the meme has peaked its spread and is still being used to this day.
