Meaning
WutFace is an original emote created for the streaming website Twitch.tv. It features the face of Alex Mendez with a close shot of his face showing utter confusion.
The emote can be used to express confusion, puzzlement or disbelief to most scenarios on Twitch.tv in the chat room of given entrepreneur, while they are doing a live broadcast.
The emote has spawned another variant called WutFaceW, which features a zoomed in version of the original WutFace emote, to add more suspense to its meaning.

WutFace has been sampled from a photograph taken of Twitch.tv employee, Alex Mendez, while attending an event.
The picture was taken at just the right moment, while his face is showing an extreme expression of confusion.
The original upload date/creation of the emote is unknown, however it is a part of the original Twitch.tv emotes, which indicates a possible early addition.
