What does OMEGALUL mean?

OMEGALUL is a variant of one of the original emotes created for the streaming website Twitch.tv.

The original emote LUL was created from a picture of John “TotalBiscuit” Bain.

This version features John with an oversized mouth, to the point where the whole emote is just an enlarged mouth hole.

The emote is used to express laughter (otherwise known as LOL-ing) on Twitch.tv with the variant adding more intensity to its meaning.
